Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan paid a sudden monitoring visit to Navanthurai and Five-lamp Junction of Jaffna Town on 29th April 2019. Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan visited the Archbishop’s House today (26) and met the Archbishop of Colombo, His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith. Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan met Bishop of Jaffna Diocese Justin Bernard Gnanapragasam at his official residence on 22nd April 2019. He expressed his deepest condolences to the Bishop for the horrible attack happened on Easter Sunday, the holiest day for Christians.
