• Providing subsidiary services in the districts through Departmental staff attached to Divisional Secretariats.
• Delivering instructions to public on the online revenue license – Kiosk to get the automated vehicle Revenue License services.
• Maintaining information relating to the issue of Licenses.
• Maintaining the data on provincial motor vehicle insurance
• Issuing fitness certificate to the heavy vehicles through registered garages.
  General administration financial control and establishment of the department.
