கொரோனா வைரஸ் ஒழிப்பு தேசிய வேலைத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் வடமாகாணத்தில் ஆலயங்கள், தேவாலயங்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளிவாசல்களில் நடைபெறும் பொதுமக்கள் ஒன்றுகூடும் மேலதிக விசேட நிகழ்வுகளை, விழாக்களை, வைபவங்களை ஏற்பாடு செய்து நடாத்துவதை மறு அறிவித்தல் வரும் வரை தவிர்க்குமாறு வடமாகாண ஆளுநர் திருமதி பி எஸ் எம் சார்ள்ஸ் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளார். இந்த கோரிக்கை சைவ ஆலயங்களின் நிர்வாகங்கள், தேவாலய மற்றும் பள்ளிவாசல் நிர்வாகங்களிடம் விடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
