As part of the “Integrity Culture – Clean Sri Lanka” national initiative, the first-day oath-taking ceremony for the officials of the Northern Province Governor’s Secretariat was held today – on Monday 27 July 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Governor’s Secretariat premises, with the aim of strengthening an honest public service.
Following the hoisting of the National Flag and the Provincial Flag by the Assistant Secretary to the Governor and the Administrative Officer of the Governor’s Secretariat, the oath-taking ceremony for the officials was conducted. Thereafter, the Assistant Secretary to the Governor, G. Ehanthan, delivered an address on Integrity Week. All officials of the Governor’s Secretariat participated.
