The ceremony of issuing appointment letters to newly recruited Nursing Officers was held on 14th February 2019 at the Conference Hall of Provincial Department of Health in Pannai, Jaffna.
Provincial Director of Health Services Dr. A. Ketheeswaran chaired the event and Provincial Secretary of Health S. Thiruvakaran participated in this event and handed over the appointment letters to the officers.
103 Nursing Officers received their appointment letters. 30 of them have been appointed to the Jaffna district, 16 for Kilinochchi district, 17 for Mullaitivu district, 12 for Mannar district and 28 for Vavuniya district.
They assumed their duties today (15) in their relevant hospitals.
