Another block of lands in Valikamam North handed over to the Civilians

Another block of lands in Jaffna Valikamam North High Security Zone was released to the civilians. In Thaiyiddy region, 19.6 acres of land in Grama Niladari Divisions Thaiyiddy North J/249 and Thaiyiddy South J/250 were handed over to the public on 22^nd January 2019. In Palaly High Security Zones, 23.5 acres of land in Grama Niladari Divisions Palaly South J/252 (Oddagapulam) was hand over by the Security Forces to the civilians on 23rd January 2019. The land release documents were handed over by the Security Forces Commander of 515^th Division to the Mr.S.Sivasiri, Divisional Secretary of Valikamam North, Tellipalai.
