Governor of Northern Province, Dr. Suren Raghavan has launched a special program to provide free NVQ Level III or IV to 5000 youths from the Northern Province based on their skills.
Under this project, 3000 youths from Jaffna district, 500 from Kilinochchi, 500 from Mannar, 500 from Mullaitivu, and another 500 from Vavuniya will receive their national qualification in Northern Province.
The RPL system is a certificate of competency recognition for all those who have experience in the industry. There is no age restriction to get the certificate through this method. Only the competency is enough to get qualified.
