Northern Province Governor Hon. P.S.M. Charles met the Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Hon’ble Gopal Bagle at the India House in Colombo on 03rd October. During the meeting, the Honourable Governor explained about the plans to be carried out for the future development of the North. At the same time, she expressed her gratitude for the support provided by the government of India in the past. His Excellency, the High Commissioner, assured his continued support for the improvement of the livelihood of the people of the Northern Province and the development of the North.
