Dr.Arumugam Sivasothy (BVSc, MSc, MPM and FSLCVS) has assumed his duties as the Chairman of the Northern Province Tourism Bureau on February, 10, 2020. Before assuming this duty, Dr.Arumugam Sivasothy served the country as a Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Administrator.
As an alumnus of Jaffna Central College and Karainagar Hindu College, he started his career in Wariyapola Veterinary Range after BVSC degree from Peradeniya University.
He received the appointment letter from Governor of Northern Province Mrs. PSM Charles on 10th February 2020 at Governor’s Secretariat, Jaffna.
