Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan paid a sudden monitoring visit to Navanthurai and Five-lamp Junction of Jaffna Town on 29th April 2019. He visited Navanthurai market and had casual talks with the business people and the area people. He also visited Five-lamp Junction and met the people of the area and had casual talks.
