A special discussion between Northern Province Hon. Governor N. Vethanayahan and representatives of the Sri Lankan Tamil Teacher’s Union Association was held on Thursday (04th June 2026) morning at the Governor’s Secretariat.
During this meeting, they were deeply discussed regarding issues prevailing regarding teacher transfers as well as various development activities to further improve the educational sector of the Northern Province.
Many people participated in this meeting, including the chairperson, advisor, and key members of the Srilankan Tamil Teacher’s Association, who participated in this discussion.
