Canadian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Eric Walsh met and discussed with the Honorable Governor of Northern Province P.S.M. Charles today (10.01.2024). The meeting was held at the Northern Province Governor’s Secretariat.
The Honorable Governor expressed his happiness about many Investors from Canada are interested in making investments in the North. The Honorable Governor said that after the establishment of the Economic Commission in the country, solutions to the problems encountered in making investments would be resolve. Also, many issues including green energy projects and economic development projects planned to be carried out in the North were discussed.
