The plaque of Northern Provincial Council erected at the Provincial Council Complex at Kaithady was unveiled by the Hon. Chairman of the Northern Provincial Council on 29th of September 2020 at the auspicious time with the participation of Chief Secretary, Deputy Chief Secretaries and other officials.
