A training programme to improve the quality of healthcare services was organized to the Health staff of Northern Province at ASIRI Central Hospital, Colombo. The training programmes were organized into two categories for clinical and non-clinical staff as batches and more than 100 staff from various categories including Medical Administrators, Medical officers, Hospital Accountants, Planning Officer, Matrons, Ward sisters, Diet stewards, and Management Assistants attended this training.
The concluding session of this training was held on 09th September 2020. Medical Director of ASIRI Central Hospital, Director of Operation – ASIRI hospital, Secretary of Ministry of Health, NP, and Provincial Director of Health Services also participated in this event and the Secretary presented a memento to the Director of ASIRI on behalf of Ministry of Health, NP and Provincial Health Department of Northern Province.
