The opening ceremony of newly constructed Kidney Disease Clinical Centre of Mallavi Base Hospital which is located in Thunukkai DS Division of Mullaitivu District was held on 08th June 2019. His Excellency the President Maithripala Sirisena opened the clinical centre electronically from the Mullaitivu public playground.
This centre was constructed in pursuit of the goal of creating a healthy community ensuring “Wellbeing for All”.
Chairman of Thunukkai Pradeshiya Sabha, Planning Medical Officer RDHS Office of Mullaitivu Dr. S.Sathiyarooban, Medical Officers, Health Officers and representatives of public organizations also participated in this event.
