New Secretary appointed to Education Ministry

Mr.L.Ilaangovan has been appointed as the Secretary of the Northern Provincial Education Ministry by Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan today (20).

This appointment will take effect from 1^st July 2019.
