In the series of capacity building exercises of the ministry, another awareness workshop family work balance and Parental Awareness for junior executives in the Government sector was held on 22nd December 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the MDTU Training hall in the Chief Secretary’s Secretariat, Kaithady, Jaffna under the guidance of the Secretary of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Northern Provincial Council, Mr.P.Vageshan. It was presided over by the Provincial director of the Department of Industries, Northern Provincial Council, in which 50 Junior executive staff officers participated.
The resource person, Dr.Kanagaratnam Sivasuthan (JMO – Chavakachcheri) conducted the workshop effectively. Chief Accountant and officers of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Northern Provincial Council, also graced this event.
