As per the conceptualization of Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan, “Jaffna Book Fair 2019” organized by the Ceylon Book Sellers Importers and Exporters Association commenced today (27) at Jaffna Veerasingam Hall.
It should be noted that this book fair has been organized in grand scale for the first time in Jaffna and it will continue until 1st September 2019.
