The Honorable Governor of the Northern Province, N. Vethanayahan, attended the inaugural ceremony of the ‘Cargills “ELEVATE” Soft Skills Development Program,’ organized by Cargills at the Cargills Constituency in Jaffna City on Tuesday morning, August 5, 2025.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor stated “I am delighted to be part of the inaugural event of this initiative by Cargills to empower our youth.
