Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan requested all the religious leaders to ring bells with one minute silent prayer at every religious place at 8.45 a.m on Tuesday, 21st May 2019 to mark one month following terrorist attacks that took place on Easter Sunday in various parts of the country.
He also requested the people of Northern Province to participate in the commemoration.
