Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan visited Welioya in Mullaitivu district on 18th April 2019 to learn the situation of the region.
He met the religious leaders, government officials and representatives of the area and asked about the development programmes in the area, health conditions and the issues faced by the people.
