Tamil civilization is based on education. Northern Province was in the number one state in education but now it has fallen for political and social causes. Therefore, I will make every effort to address the challenges that are in front of me in rebuilding the Northern Province, said Governor Dr. Suren Raghavan.
The free seminar for GCE Ordinary Level students which was organized by Arul Education Circle commenced today (07) at the Weerasingham Hall in Jaffna under the patronage of the Governor. The seminar will be held with the sponsorship of Attorney-at-Law V.Thevanasadhipathi until the 16th of this month.
