Functions of the Local Authorities, roads under the council, income, assessment tax and arrears, appraisal of the performance of councils, waste management, nutritional food supply, dengue eradication, children’s park maintenance, maintenance of public latrines, staff transfers and vacancies, Mullaitivu Bus Stand, street lighting fare and council payments were discussed and decisions were taken.
