The certificate awarding ceremony for CIPPCA – Batch IV – 2019/ 2020, (53 Nos) and the inaugural ceremony for the CIPPCA – Batch V – 2021/2022(60 Nos.) were conducted by the Management Development Training Unit at the Jaffna Public Library.
The awarding ceremony was graced by the Hon. Governor Mrs. PSM Charles as Chief Guest with the presence of Chief Secretary Mr.A.Pathinathan, related Provincial Authorities and Resources Persons.
