Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan visited the Kilinochchi Economic Center this evening (05) and inspected the current situation of the centre.
Kilinochchi Economic Centre which contains 40 stalls, constructed at a cost of 111 Million rupees was declared open by the President Maithripala Sirisena in 2017. Unfortunately, only four of them are functioning now. After the inspection, Governor said that action would be taken as soon as possible to find out whether this economic centre could be used for other purposes.
