Mrs. Rubini Varathalingam has been appointed as the Secretary of Council Secretariat of Northern Province by Governor of Northern Province Dr.Suren Raghavan.
Meanwhile, Mr.R.Varatheeswaran has been appointed as the Secretary of Northern Provincial Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Rehabilitation, Social Service, Cooperatives, Food Supply and Distribution, Industries and Enterprise Promotion and Trade & Commerce.
Their letters were handed over at Governor’s Secretariat. Their appointment will take effect on 15th July 2019.
