A meeting between Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan and the former Chief Minister of Northern Provincial Council C.V.Wigneswaran was held on 10th May 2019.
The discussion focused on the safety measures enforced in Northern Province aftermath Easter Sunday massacre. They also discussed the release of the students of Jaffna University who were arrested during a search of the university.
