The event of providing livelihood assistance for women headed households in Kilinochchi district was conducted by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, NPC presided over by Mr.P. Vageshan, Secretary, Ministry of Women’s Affairs, NPC on 19.01.2024 at the District Social Services Office, Kilinochchi.
Eleven beneficiaries from Kilinochchi district were provided with livelihood assistance. The beneficiaries thanked the Northern Provincial Council for uplifting their living standards and they are continuously earning out of those assistances with confidence.
Mr.S.Jeyanantharasa, District Social Service Officer, Kilinochchi district graced the event along with the participation of officers from the District Social Services Office, Kilinochchi and officers from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, NPC also took part in this successful event.
