Award & certificate for first runner-up on best annual reports and accounts awards for public sector – 2018 was presented to the Northern Provincial Council. The award ceremony was jointly organized by the association of public finance accountants of Sri Lanka (APFA, SL) and Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka on 22nd February 2021 at the BMICH.
Chief Secretary Mr. A. Pathinathan and Deputy Chief Secretary Mr. R. Pathmanathan participated in this award ceremony.
