Thai Pongal Festival was celebrated at Governor’s Secretariat on 20th January 2021 under the patronage of Hon. Governor Mrs. PSM Charles. Chief Secretary of Northern Province, Secretary to the Governor, Secretaries of Provincial Ministries, Heads of Departments, and staff of Governor’s Secretariat also took part in this event.
