An event to issue appointment letters to 80 new principals who have been appointed to the schools in Northern Province was held on 10th February 2020 at Jaffna Hindu Ladies College. Governor of Northern Province Mrs. PSM Charles participated as Chief Guest and handed over the appointment letters to the principals.
Secretary of Provincial Education Ministry L.Ilaangovan presided over the event. Chief Secretary of Northern Province A.Pathinathan, Secretary to the Governor S.Sathiyaseelan, Provincial Director of Education S.Uthayakumar, Zonal Education Directors, and officials from Provincial Education Ministry and Provincial Education Department also participated in this event.
