The Hon. Governor of the Northern Province, Mr. N.Vethanayahan, has appointed Mr. N.S.R. Sivaruban as the Deputy Chief Secretary – Finance of the Northern Province. He received his letter of appointment today, Thursday – 25th September 2025, at the Governor’s Secretariat. The Secretary to the Governor, Mr. S. Sathiyaseelan, was also present at this event.
