Sampasivam Sutharsan has been appointed as the Commissioner of Local Government for the Northern Province by the Hon. Governor of the Northern Province, N. Vethanayahan. The Hon. Governor officially handed over the appointment letter to him this morning – on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, at the Governor’s Secretariat, Northern Province.
The Secretary to the Governor Mr. S. Sathiyaseelan, also participated in this event.
