Governor Dr. Suren Raghavan paid a sudden visit to some of the pharmacies in Jaffna this evening (25) to find out the conditions of them.
He had a casual conversation with them and appreciated the pharmacists for opening their shops to meet the essential needs of the people even though today was declared a hartal-day.
He ordered them that pharmacy license must be displayed at the pharmacies and pharmacists must be on duty.
