Management Development Training Unit of Northern Province conducted a certificate course in Procurement Procedure and Contract Administration (CIPPCA). The awarding ceremony for the course was held on 31st May 2019 at the auditorium of Jaffna Public Library.
Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan participated at this event as Chief Guest and honoured the participants. He said that all the public servants of Northern Province should serve in a beneficial and humanitarian way to the people of a post-war region.
