The launching ceremony of the book ‘Nondi Natakam’ published by the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs of the Northern Province was held on 29.11.2021 at 3.00 pm in the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Education. Deputy Director of Cultural Affairs, Mrs. Sujeewa Sivadas led them. Secretary to the Ministry of Education, Northern Province Mr. L. Ilaangovan graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
This book has been published as a part of the “KOOTHU” which are the foundations of the rural arts.
The event began with a keynote address by the Deputy Director, Department of Cultural Affairs. The editor of this book is Mr. Johnson Rajkumar, who served as In-service Advisor. The “Nondi Natakam” song was also featured in the event. Teachers, Artists, and writers have participated in this event.
