Hon. Governor of Northern Province N.Vethanayagan and the District Commander, Security Forces, Jaffna Major General Sandana Vikramasinghe participated in the worship at the Sri Rajeshwary Amman Temple, recently permitted to have worship for the devotees, located in Palaly. During the worship, the Governor of Northern Province and the Jaffna District Commander Security forces were honoured by the temple administration and the priest.
In this event, Mr.K.Srimohanan, Additional District Secretary of Jaffna District Secretariat, Grama Niladharies and the public were also present.
It is noted that District Commander, Security Forces, Jaffna Major General Chandana Wikramasinghe is promoted as the Commander for the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Forces.
