The Honorable Governor of the Northern Province, Mr. N. Vethanayahan, met with members of the Chavakachcheri Urban Council, led by Chairman Mr. V. Sripragash, at the Governor’s Secretariat today, Monday, 14th July 2025.
During the meeting, the Chairman submitted a formal request outlining the key needs of the Urban Council, including concerns related to staff vacancies. The Governor assured the delegation that he would take appropriate action to address the issues within his administrative capacity.
