Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Raghavan met Bishop of Jaffna Diocese Justin Bernard Gnanapragasam at his official residence on 22nd April 2019.
He expressed his deepest condolences to the Bishop for the horrible attack happened on Easter Sunday, the holiest day for Christians. He also discussed the current situation in the Northern Province.
