A discussion to review the process of regularizing the lands identified for Sangilian Park and the proposed Children’s Hospital in Inuvil was held under the chairmanship of the Hon. Governor of the Northern Province, N. Vethanayahan, at the Governor’s Secretariat this evening – on Saturday, 11th October 2025.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary to the Governor of the Northern Province, the Northern Provincial Land Commissioner, the Deputy Surveyor General, the Additional District Secretary (Lands) – Jaffna District, the Divisional Secretary – Nallur, the Assistant Divisional Secretary – Uduvil, the Commissioner of the Jaffna Municipal Council and Planning Officer from the Jaffna Teaching Hospital, among others.
