The Abayam Grievance Network, operating under the direct supervision of the Honorable Governor of the Northern Province, has provided solutions to more than 250 complaints within a short span of time. Actions are taken to get solutions within a week by informing the public about the issues faced by the public.

The Abayam Grievance Network provides solutions to the problems faced by students, minors and the general public in areas including food and nutrition, education and health, security, intelligence, children, youth and women’s affairs through government mechanisms.

Although complaints are received from all the districts of Northern Province, more complaints are reported in Jaffna district itself. The problems faced by the students and the problems caused by the use of drugs have received the highest number of complaints to the Risk Grievance Network and solutions have also been provided for them.

Abayam Network operates under the direct supervision of the Honorable Governor of Northern Province. Any resident of the Northern Province can submit complaints. Complaints information will be kept confidential.

Also, you can directly visit the Governor’s Secretariat and submit your petitions in writing. Abayam Grievance Network provides 24 hours service.
