How to live better tomorrow than what we are today? – Governor

Governor of Northern Province Dr Suren Raghavan said above while addressing at the 4^th International Tamil Journalism Conference which was held at the auditorium of Jaffna Public Library on 05^th April 2019 under Governor’s patronage.

“How to live better tomorrow than what we are today? This is the only question that every human being or every society has to ask himself or themselves.” Governor said.
