On your computer, things are even easier. No matter if you have the BetMGM desktop app installed or are visiting the site, you can access BetMGM’s Help Center by clicking on the orange circle that says “Ask Cassie” at the top of the screen.

As you can see, the top choice is Live Agents, which will connect you with a BetMGM rep by phone. How Can I Talk to Someone at BetMGM? | Phone and Live Chat
When issues arise, players generally want to talk to someone at BetMGM as soon as possible. Fortunately, there are two ways to do so.

I decided to run some common queries by Cassie to see how she would react. Right off the bat, I was pleased to see that she provided an email address ([email protected]) and that phone number again ((844) 648-3456). She also displayed various links to their social media pages and FAQ section before launching into her responses.
To test her out, I asked Cassie the following questions.

BetMGM Help Center Review | My Experience Using “Ask Cassie”
While I was quite impressed with Cassie during our Q&A session above, I wanted to take things further to write a complete BetMGM Help Center review. To do this, I went straight to the source by posing a series of 25 random inquiries to their AI agent.
Some were specific to certain areas of their platform, while others were general questions that any player might have. For each answer that Cassie gave, I awarded points based on accuracy and thoroughness, with five being the highest score.
For instance, my first query was, "How do I delete my BetMGM account?" Unfortunately, players can’t do this on their own; they must contact BetMGM support to close their accounts. Cassie responded with detailed instructions on how to do so, including contact methods and what BetMGM will need to know to locate the account. Five points.
Not all of my requests fared as well. When I asked, "What is the BetMGM connection to the WSOP?" Cassie replied that it was their parent company, which it is. However, she didn’t expand on this relationship, stating only that BetMGM and the World Series of Poker share owners. While accurate, I felt players would want more information, so I gave her only three points.
By the time I had completed all 25 inquiries, Cassie had earned a total of 75 points, making her score 300/400, or a solid B.
There’s no doubt in my mind that BetMGM’s automated system can answer most any question that players or sports bettors might have. However, there will be times when a real person is needed, which is why they deserve high marks in this area.
And when I say real person, I mean it. I had a BetMGM representative on the phone within four minutes of selecting the Live Chat option in the Help Center. Not only did he introduce himself and ask for my account info, he then asked his name be repeated back to him to ensure he was speaking with the correct person. Very professional.
In the end, any concerns I had about dealing with an automated system were put to rest. Whether talking to Cassie or a live agent, BetMGM provides excellent support in every sense of the word.
