I am pleased to express my best wishes for the 72nd Independence Day of Sri Lanka. On the journey towards development, the prosperous future of Sri Lanka has begun to move forward under the excellent leadership with national unity.
In order to achieve sustainable development from the losses and impacts of the 30 year-war, everyone in the Northern Province must prepare themselves for the speedy access of the equal development opportunities now being established in other provinces.
