Potato Cultivation in Jaffna District [Report]

His Excellency the President of Democratic Socialist Republic of  Sri Lanka  in his visit to Jaffna district on 12.02.2013 had discussion with farmers in their field   at Urelu  and identified some key problems faced by them. One of such problem was that farmers were incurring losses in potato cultivation. His Excellency the President instructed the Hon Ministers and Officials to look into this issue and support the farmers to improve their income.
