It was introduced by the Parliamentary Accounts Committee, under the web based computer programme project , including Ministries, Departments, Provincial Councils, District Secretariats and other Local authorities of 831 Institutions and their performance in 2015 was evaluated and out of those institutions 81 were declared for excellent performance and awarded golden medals, silver medals and certificates of appreciation on 13.11.2017 at the Parliament.
