New Consul General of India, Jaffna calls on Governor
Newly appointed Consul General of India, Jaffa S.Balachandran paid a courtesy call on Governor of Northern Province Reginald Cooray on 02nd April 2018 at Governor’s Secretariat located in Jaffna Old Park.
The former Consul General A.Natarajan has been promoted and went to New Delhi.
They talked about the development projects carried by Indian Government and other issues.
