The Governor of the Northern Province has observed that land surveying is the foremost problem when solving land issues in the Northern Province. The main reason for this is the lack of sufficient personnel in the Land Survey Department to measure lands.
Therefore the Governor requested retired surveyors to register themselves in Northern Provincial Land Department to expedite the land surveying works.
